on creating an appealing persona that was absolutely

Without dumbing down, we brought very smart ideas
down to earth. Two co-branded web platforms worked
hand-in-hand, one calling attention to the depth and
range of the firm’s services, while the other promoted
the person as well as the book. We used personality
as a point of departure, a way to connect as no
